How it works
Building permits are public record, but they're buried in city databases and full of code jargon. We do the digging so you can do the selling.
We pull every permit
Each week we collect every new building permit the city issues, hundreds of them.
We sort it for your trade
Permits are cleaned up and sorted into lists, so a dumpster company sees demolitions and a cabinet shop sees remodels.
You get it Monday morning
A clean Excel file lands in your inbox. Sort by job size, filter homes vs. businesses, and start calling.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
Public building-permit records published by the City of Chicago. We collect, clean and sort them each week so you don't have to dig through city databases.
What areas do you cover?
All of the City of Chicago today. Chicagoland suburbs are being added next. Tell us which ones you want and we'll prioritize them.
Does the list include phone numbers?
Permits list the property owner and contractors, not phone numbers. The address, owner name and contractor name are what you need to reach out, and the contractor on the permit is often the best first call.
How do I cancel?
Reply to any Monday email or use the link in your Stripe receipt. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Email us with your trade and we'll send you this week's list for free.
